Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + In-person sessions)

Pay Scale: ₹15000 – ₹25000

We are inviting applications from experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a demonstrated background in both clinical intervention and research. The role involves working with pediatric populations across speech, language, and communication disorders, while also contributing to ongoing research and program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct standardized speech, language, and communication assessments for children with diverse neurodevelopmental profiles.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, pragmatics, and oral-motor development.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions (e.g., PECS, PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, SCERTS, AAC systems) tailored to developmental needs.
  • Document therapy goals, progress, and outcomes with high clinical accuracy and ethical compliance.
  • Collaborate on research projects, including protocol design, data collection, literature reviews, and dissemination.
  • Engage in parent training, caregiver coaching, and interdisciplinary team consultations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2.5 years of clinical experience post-qualification in pediatric speech-language therapy.
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of child language development, speech sound disorders, language delays, and ASD-related communication profiles.
  • Experience using both standardized and informal assessment tools.
  • Demonstrated experience or academic engagement in clinical research related to speech and language outcomes.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Familiarity with interdisciplinary frameworks (e.g., working with psychologists, occupational therapists).
  • Experience in tele-practice models and hybrid therapy delivery.
  • Exposure to early intervention frameworks, inclusive education systems, and IEP planning.
  • Data interpretation, report writing, and publication/presentation experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
