Position: Child Psychologist (Telugu, English, Hindi)

Pay Scale: ₹15000 – ₹25000
We are inviting applications from qualified Clinical or Child Psychologists with a strong foundation in evidence-based interventions and research methodologies to join our interdisciplinary team. The role involves delivering therapeutic services to children and adolescents, contributing to research projects, and collaborating on program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychodiagnostics assessments (e.g., cognitive, emotional, behavioral) using standardized tools.
- Formulate individualized case conceptualizations and treatment plans based on empirical evidence and developmental needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions using modalities such as CBT, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or other age-appropriate approaches.
- Engage in longitudinal tracking of therapeutic outcomes, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and ensure ethical standards.
- Collaborate on research design, data collection, analysis, and publication related to child development and intervention efficacy.
- Liaise with caregivers, educators, and allied professionals for systemic interventions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2.5 years of post-qualification experience in child or adolescent mental health.
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. or higher), preferably with a specialization in Clinical or Child Psychology.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical research, preferably with published work or thesis in a relevant area.
Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
- Sound knowledge of developmental psychopathology, neurodevelopmental disorders, and family systems.
- Strong skills in report writing, data interpretation, and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with DSM-5/ICD-11 diagnostic criteria.
- Experience in teletherapy or hybrid care delivery models.
- Exposure to culturally sensitive intervention frameworks.
- Ability to integrate psychometric tools with qualitative clinical judgment.
